On April 11, 2021 at approximately 2:27 PM police were called to a residence on Mountain Ave in reference to a civil complaint between two parties. Officers learned that one of the involved parties, Dawn Dorf, 44, of Readington Township, had driven to the residence and was displaying signs on intoxication. Sobriety testing was conducted and as a result, Mrs. Dorf was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to breath testing and careless driving. She was released to a responsible party pending an appearance in municipal court.
The signing of charges is merely a step in the process. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
