Simon Martinez-75 years old with dementia and diabetes. Martinez is 5’5 170lbs with gray hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing blue pants, a gray sweater, and a blue hat with the American flag on it. Martinez was last seen on foot near the Ontario Mills Mall around 230 pm today. If located please notify law enforcement.
