Join the LASD Community Advisory Council on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. for a Community COVID Vaccination Clinic.
Anyone 16 years or older are invited to get the vaccination.
The event will take place at Cerritos City Hall, 18125 Bloomfield Ave, Cerritos.
Pre-registration is strongly recommended.

Vaccines will be available to all eligible persons regardless of insurance or citizenship.
Vaccines will be administered by Center for Family Health & Education.
For people signing up for the first dose, be sure to sign up for an appointment to receive the second dose before you leave the event. The second dose event will take place on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at the same location.
