MISSING PERSON/SILVER ALERT: ROBERT SACKS

Robert John Sacks, an 80 year old white male, is missing. Sacks was last seen around midnight (last night) near Creekside Circle in Rutherfordton, near the Clearwater Parkway neighborhood off of Thompson Road.
He has Alzheimer’s, dementia and limited mobility. A Silver Alert is being issued.
Sacks has white/silver hair, full beard, and two tattoos on his upper left arm. He is 5’8” and 140 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve shirt and white tennis shoes with a Velcro closure.
