INCIDENT:              PC 311.11 (a) Possession of Child Pornography

SUSPECT:              Jose Ricardo Delgado, 56 years old, resident of Victorville
                                
SUMMARY:
 
Investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Crimes Against Children Detail (CAC), began an investigation into a cyber tip that was reported by an Electronic Service Provider (ESP). The cyber tip reported various videos and images of child pornography were stored on an ESP account. Through investigation, investigators determined the ESP account belonged to Jose Delgado.
 
On Friday, April 23, 2021, personnel from the Victorville Sheriff Station, contacted Delgado in the 16000 block of Hiddenwood Lane, in Victorville. Investigators from CAC conducted an interview with Delgado. At the conclusion of the interview, Delgado was arrested for possession of child pornography. Delgado was subsequently booked into Central Detention Center and bail was set at $50,000.
 
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is a member of the Los Angeles Regional Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which works cooperatively with a vast network of local, state, and federal law enforcement partners to pursue those who violate crimes of child exploitation.
