The Los Altos Police Department needs help locating a missing adult with Dementia. Leola Wooldridge (79 Year Old White Female) went missing from La Boulangerie, 301 Main Street at approximately 2pm on 4/28/2021. Leola also goes by "Lee" would likely be confused and disoriented about where she is. Leola is described as approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, slender, with short white hair and glasses. Leola was last seen wearing a white blouse with blue flowers, a brown turtleneck underneath her blouse and blue pants.
