* Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Clinton IL,
Marion IL, Randolph IL and Washington IL. Portions of southeast
Missouri, including the following areas, Iron MO, Madison MO,
Reynolds MO, Saint Francois MO and Sainte Genevieve MO.
* Until 7 AM CDT this morning.
* Heavy Rainfall
* Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
