Male reported being harassed through social media – 300 BLK S Lewis St
Male that earlier eluded officers was located inside a dumpster by construction crew. He was transported to Snohomish County Jail where he was booked on Theft, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Trespass charges – 18700 BLK Blueberry Ln SE

Male cited for possession of drug paraphernalia – 13700 BLK Roosevelt Rd
