The Orinda Police have been responding to an uptick in property thefts from parked automobiles around town. Often times, valuables are being taken from cars that were left unlocked. Please help us fight crime in our community by ensuring that you do not leave ANY valuables in your vehicle and you lock your vehicle whenever it is unattended. This may seem like a small thing, but we know that many times, thieves will try to open a car to rummage through it and if it is locked, they move on.
