Update:  "Stacey has return by back home safe" Thanks for the Public Assistance, Spindale Police Department, Forest City Police Department, Lake Lure Police Department, Henderson Sheriff Department and Rutherford County Sheriff Department. 
The Rutherfordton Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing person from Rutherfordton. 
Stacey Ann Moore, age 36, mentally handicapped and was last seen 04/29/2021 at around 1:00am at 200 Industrial Park Road, Rutherfordton. 
She left in the company of her brother, Travis Lee Moore in a gray Chevy Tahoe with the spare tire on the top of the vehicle with Oklahoma license plate. 
Stacey is a white female with brown eyes and brownish red hair. Stacey is 5'0" tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds.
