ROAD CLOSURE - AVOID THE INTERSECTION OF FIRST AVENUE AND SANTA CLARA STREET. 
Please avoid the intersection of First Avenue and Santa Clara Street. The traffic signals are not functioning, and the area is closed to traffic in all directions. The Metro Gold Line is still in operation. As of this time it is unknown how long the intersection will be closed.
