Weapon Violation
On May 2, 2021 at 1:00 AM, the Middleton Police Department responded to the Hody Bar & Grill at 1914 Aurora Street after receiving a report of shots fired. Responding officers located evidence of gunfire outside the building, but all involved parties had left. A short time later, an adult male arrived at UW Hospital’s emergency room with gunshot wounds, which were tied to this incident. He is currently in stable condition and his injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
The preliminary investigation indicates that this incident began as a dispute between two males inside the bar. There is no risk to the general public at this time. Middleton Detectives are continuing to follow up on this case.
