The National Weather Service has issued Severe Thunderstorm Watch 142 in effect until 1 PM CDT this afternoon for the following areas In southeast Texas this watch includes 17 counties Austin Brazos Burleson Chambers Colorado Grimes Harris Houston Liberty Madison Montgomery Polk San Jacinto Trinity Walker Waller Washington This includes the cities of Anahuac, Bellville, Brenham, Brookshire, Bryan, Caldwell, Cleveland, Coldspring, College Station, Columbus, Conroe, Corrigan, Crockett, Dayton, Eagle Lake, Groveton, Hempstead, Houston, Huntsville, Liberty, Livingston, Madisonville, Mont Belvieu, Navasota, Old River-Winfree, Prairie View, Sealy, Shepherd, Somerville, Stowell, The Woodlands, Trinity, Waller, Weimar, and Winnie.
