The Township is pleased to announce that American Asphalt & Milling Services, will begin work on Alexander Ave., including pavement and drainage improvements, various sidewalk replacement, curbing realignment and ADA improvements, on or about May 5th.

All work for the project will be conducted from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, weather permitting and excluding weekends.

Local traffic should expect delays during all phases of operations, with thru traffic available most days. All efforts to allow continued driveway access will be made.  During the milling and paving operations, the entire roadway will be closed for the duration of those operations.  Additional notices will be provided when the schedule for those road closures is available.  The Township expects this project to be completed within 45 days, subject to cooperating weather, of course.

The Township thanks you in advance for your patience and understanding during the construction.  Rest assured that we will do everything possible to minimize the impact of our activities on your neighborhood and day to day schedule.
