To make an appointment for the J&J vaccine please visit https://www.warrencountynjvaccination.org/ to make an appointment.
Transportation will be provided by Easton Coach through the County of Warren. To schedule transportation the individual would need to call Easton Coach at (908) 454-4044. These arrangements must be made by Monday, May 17, 2021.
The transportation is for the Phillipsburg Site Only.
