Suspect:  16-year old male (released to his mother)
On Wednesday, April 21^st, 2021, at approximately 5:00 PM, Redwood City Street Crimes Suppression Team Detectives observed a 16-year old male, known to be unlicensed and on juvenile probation with search and seizure, driving a red Tacoma.  A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at Hilton Street and Cassia Street, and the driver was confirmed to be unlicensed and his probation status confirmed as well.   Detectives searched his vehicle and located marijuana and a .45 caliber round of ammunition.  Detectives then proceeded to conduct a probation search of the juvenile’s residence where various amounts of ammunition were located. Detectives also located a Glock 9 mm unregistered pistol and extended large capacity drum magazine, an unregistered rifle and a shotgun.   In addition to the firearms, Detectives located various amounts of marijuana, a scale and packaging to indicate the juvenile was involved in the sales of marijuana.  The juvenile was arrested and released to the custody of his mother.
