Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s help locating At Risk Missing Juvenile Julian Refugio Munoz. He is an 11 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at approximately 7:00 p.m. in Los Angeles.
Julian is 4’07” tall, 105lbs with hazel eyes and an orange Mohawk. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a smiley face, black jeans, bright red shoes and a black hat with a “monster energy” logo on it.
Julian possibly took a bus southbound at Vermont Ave in Los Angeles, with a possible destination of Helen Keller Park located at 12521 Vermont Ave in Los Angeles.
