The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person: Celia Carlene Garner.
Celia Carlene Garner, age 30, was reported as a missing person on 5/3/2021 and was last seen on 4/30/2021 in Bostic.
Garner has medium to long brown hair, brown eyes, is 5’7” tall, weighs approximately 180 pounds and has a Saguaro Cactus tattoo on her back.
