Stephon K Young was taken into custody in Chicago, IL on May 7, 2021.  The Green Bay Police Department is working with law enforcement authorities in Chicago to begin the extradition process back to Green Bay, Brown County.

This investigation is a result of the great work of many officers and detectives of the department.  Also, we want to thank the community for their patience while we investigate this incident as we understand the effect this has on the community.
