Deputies arrested Cesar Cachon and Erica Richardson for possession of a stolen vehicle

INCIDENT: Stolen Vehicle / Search Warrant
LOCATION: 12000 Block of 5th St., Yucaipa
SUSPECT(S): Cesar Cachon, age 28 a resident of Banning
Erica Richardson, age 29 a resident of Yucaipa
VICTIM(S): Multiple Victims
SUMMARY: On May 9, 2021, deputies responded to locate a stolen vehicle reported to have entered Yucaipa. Deputies located the vehicle and arrested Cesar Cachon and Erica Richardson without incident. Deputies searched the vehicle and located a significant amount of stolen personal information and credit cards.
On May 10, 2021, deputies served a search warrant on Richardson's residence in Yucaipa and recovered the stolen credit card used to accomplish the theft of the vehicle. Deputies also located additional evidence of identity theft. The investigation is ongoing.
