Incident Summary
On 5/11/2021 at approximately 1130 a.m. two female juveniles, who are 12 and 7 years old, were walking in the 1500 block of Joan Drive when they noticed a Navy-Blue sedan driving by them.  The vehicle made a U-Turn and parked near the sidewalk in front of them.  As the girls walked by the vehicle the male driver, who was not known to the victim’s, asked the girls a question.  As the victim’s answered his question they saw the male’s penis was exposed and they noticed that he was masturbating.  Both girls immediately fled the area.  PPD officers located video of the suspect’s vehicle and a photograph of the vehicle is attached.  The suspect was described as an Asian Adult Male who was between 20 and 30 years old.  The male had black hair and was wearing eyeglasses.  The male was wearing royal blue hospital type scrubs.  The vehicle was described a navy-blue Volkswagen, Golf, 4 door hatchback.  The year of the vehicle is believed to be in the mid 2000’s.  The victim’s described the vehicle as being dirty.  Anyone with any pertinent information is asked to contact the Petaluma Police Department.
