Judge Paul Newby, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina stopped in Rutherford County to say "Thank You" to those who have helped maintain and keep the courthouse doors open during these trying times.
Sheriff Francis stated his appreciation to Judge Newby for visiting Rutherford County and the Rutherford County Courthouse.
