05/05/2021 @ 2210. A man was punched one time in the face by another man during an argument while inside the club. The victim suffered a broken facial bone. #01737

05/05/2021 @ 0020. A man was smoking a cigarette on the sidewalk when two men approached him from behind while armed with a handgun and demanded his property. The victim complied and the suspects ran to a vehicle parked nearby and fled the area. #01726

9000 block Beverly Blvd
05/06/2021 @ 2312. Three men pried the wine cabinet open and removed 10 bottles of wine and champagne and left the store without payment. #01751

05/06/2021 @ 2355. A man gained access to the mailroom of the secured apartment complex and opened an entire wall of resident mailboxes and removed mail. #01757

05/07/2021 @ 1840. A man was walking WB on Romaine Street when another man approached him while riding a bicycle and demanded his cell phone. The victim complied. The suspect was arrested on 05/09/2021 by patrol deputies. #01761
Strong Arm Robbery (Estes)
8200 block Santa Monica Blvd
05/07/2021 @ 1610. A man removed clothing and one pair of shoes and left the store without payment. The suspect was confronted in the parking lot by an employee and a brief struggle ensued, during which the employee was able to recover the stolen property. The suspect fled the area on foot. #01759

05/07/2021 @ 1820-1830. A man used an unlocked rear door to gain entry and removed a laptop computer, cell phone, electronic chargers, and clothing from an employee break room. #01766

05/08/2021 @ 0155. The victim was placed in a choke hold by the suspect during a fight inside the club. #01764

05/08/2021 @ 2135. A man pointed a knife and lunged at the victim during an argument over money. The suspect was located arrested by responding deputies. #01781

05/08/2021 @ 0550. A man removed a suitcase containing clothing and electronics from the sidewalk after it was left momentarily unattended by the victim. The suitcase was recovered one block away with some of the stolen items still inside. #01765
