NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION
WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT
 
Construction is currently scheduled to begin on Ella Road on Monday, May 17, 2021 and will continue through May 28, 2021 between Park Avenue and Wakefield Place.
Except for emergencies, all work on Ella Road will be performed between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, WEATHER PERMITTING.  Depending upon conditions, some work may be required on Saturdays.  No parking will be allowed on Ella Road during the aforementioned time period and area of operation when construction work is operational (Between Wakefield Place and Park Avenue).
Ella Road will be closed to vehicular traffic from Wakefield Place to Park Avenue during the construction.  If you need to leave your residence during the construction, please do so before 7:00 AM.  Construction will start at Park Avenue and continue down Ella Road to Wakefield Place. 
Residents on Ella Road can park their vehicles on Park Avenue and Wakefield Place if you need to leave your residence after 7:00 AM.   
All Night Parking will not be enforced in this area during the construction.
Construction equipment and material will be stored on Welshman Court.
You will have uninterrupted night and weekend access to your homes and driveways.  Any questions can be directed to the Caldwell Police Department at (973) 226-2600.
