U. S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for 12 through 15 year olds following the United States Food and Drug Administration authorization for emergency use. The FDA analysis found that the vaccine was 100% effective in preventing COVID-19 in people in this age group.
