Outdoor warning siren testing will occur 5/25 and 5/26. Public may hear short bursts from sirens throughout the day.

Teton County Emergency Management will be conducting maintenance and testing on the outdoor warning sirens in Teton County, WY on Tuesday May 25th and Wednesday May 26th, 2021 throughout both days. The public may hear short bursts from the sirens at various times during the day as testing occurs. 

Teton County's outdoor warning sirens are used for all hazards, and are intended to warn those that are outdoors that there is a potential life-threatening situation and they need to tune to local media, NOAA All-Hazards Weather Radio, Nixle, or Wireless Emergency Alerts on their cell phone for more information. Possible uses for sirens could include hazardous materials incidents, tornadoes, wildfire evacuations, and more.
