The Green Bay Police Department is seeks your help in locating a missing child: 12 year old Freddrick J. Love-Kennedy who is a male, black, 5'06" tall, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Freddrick was last seen on Friday, May 14th in the afternoon near the 1800 block of August St. Freddrick has not been in communication with family since May 14th and was not in school this week.
