NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION
WESTOVER AVENUE, KIRKWOOD PLACE, FRANCIS PLACE & CENTRAL PLACE (MILLING & PAVING)
 
Milling will occur on Friday, May 21st and paving will occur on Tuesday, May 25th, from 7 AM to 5 PM on the above mentioned roadways in the Borough of Caldwell.

Once the milling and paving starts at 7 AM, residents will have restricted access to their homes with their vehicles.  We kindly ask that you make any arrangements necessary to not interfere with the construction work.

Officers will be available to assist as needed.

No Parking will be allowed on Westover Avenue, Kirkwood Place, Francis Place and Central Place during the construction.

Overnight parking will be allowed on all side streets surrounding the aforementioned roadways the night before if you need to venture out after 7 AM.  (i.e. Caton Terrace, Hillcrest Road, Ravine Avenue, Central Avenue, Forest Avenue, Personette Street & Cooks Municipal Parking Lot)
