Free Fresh Cooked Take 'n Go Meals for Those in Need Today 
The Matawan Mayor and Council continue to work with Soup Kitchen 411 and area restaurants to provide free fresh cooked meals to individuals and families in need. JBJ Soul Kitchen will be providing the meals today.
Pick up is between 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm at the Matawan Municipal Community Center - 201 Broad Street. It's a quick take and go process in which people walk or drive up to the parking lot distribution area, are handed their meals and then continue on their way.
