The Caroline County Sheriff's Office is attempting to locate MICHAEL RASHAUN EVANS who is a registered sex offender and failed to register. A warrant has since been issued for EVANS arrest.
EVANS' last known address was in the RIDGELY, MD area. EVANS is a TIER 3 Sex Offender. EVANS is known to frequent the DENTON area as well.
