Mark was last seen on Friday, May 21st at approximately 7:00 P.M. when he left to take his dogs (2 shihtzus and 1 chocolate lab) for a walk. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and tan cargo pants and drives a blue Subarau Outback with Washington plates.
