SHERIFF VICTOR HILL Orders Ricardo Burrows Placed #1 On His Top Ten Most Wanted For Shooting His Girlfriend 
Ricardo Dorian Burrows Jr has been ordered placed #1 on the top ten most wanted by Sheriff Victor Hill after he shot his girlfriend in the abdomen this morning after a domestic dispute in College Park. The victim survived the wound after undergoing surgery. Sheriff Victor Hill called in his elite Panther (Stalking) unit to hunt for Burrows after being made aware of this incident.
Burrows is describe as a black male 5ft9 in height weighing approximately 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Burrows is considered armed and dangerous and if spotted 911 should be dialed immediately.
