16th South Street from German Street to Valley Street and the Recreational Trail from 16th South Street to 17th South Street will be closed beginning on Tuesday, May 25th for private utility service construction.  The closure is expected to last two days.  Trail users are advised to exercise caution while using this portion of the trail for increased construction activities and gravel surfacing.
