Two young boys have been missing since approximately 8am this morning.
Joshua Lee is a 9 year old Hispanic boy with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a grey jacket with orange lining and black sweatpants.
Seth Carr is an 8 year old black boy with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a navy blue jacket.
