On Tuesday 5/25/2021 the Cornwall Borough Police Department received report of a suspicious person and vehicle at the playground at Locust and Alden Street (QUENTIN). Between the hours of 6 pm and 7 pm on Tuesday 5/25/2021 a child playing on the playground at Alden and Locust Street observed a white male in his twenties waiving at her. The child stated the white male approached the playground and sat on the swing next to her and just smiled at her. The child left the playground and reported the activity to a parent. The white male was described as having brown eyes brown curly hair tall and thin. The subject was thought to have the appearance of a construction worker. The subject was in possession of a walkie talkie in his pocket. The subject was operating an older model blue 4 by 4 pickup truck.
