Full Notification

The Green Bay Police Department responded to the area of Acme St./University Ave at 10:13pm on May 27th, for a report of a disturbance involving shots fired and a vehicular assault.  Police located a subject who had been hit by a vehicle and he sustained a significant injury.  Another subject showed up at a local hospital with gun shot injuries and it was determined that he was involved in the incident at Acme St./University Ave.
Both subject have significant injuries but are non-life threatening at this time.  They are continuing to receive treatment at a local hospital.
All subjects involved in this incident are known to each other and there is no active threat to the community related to this incident.
This is an ongoing investigation and charges on those involved are expected to be referred to the Brown County DA in the coming days.
