The Kern County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in locating two at-risk missing juveniles. Tina and Michelle Castro (twin sisters) were last seen yesterday around 8 p.m. on Sammons Avenue.
Both Michelle and Tina are 13 years old, 4 feet 11 inches, 117 to 127 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. They are considered at-risk because of a mental disability.
Anyone with information on their locations is urged to contact the Kern County Sheriff's Office at 661-861-3110.
