Josue Cubas-Velasquez #2 on the top ten most wanted for murder has been tracked down and apprehended by the USMS.  Velasquez was taken into custody at a residence in Sevier County, Tennessee without incident.

Velasquez made #3 on Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted back on November 15th, 2020,  when he shot 4 men on Museum Circle after a dispute.  One of the men that was shot died on the scene from a gunshot wound to the chest.  

Clayton County Deputies will soon bring Velasquez to the luxurious “Hill-ton” where he will face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
