Jesus Delgado of San Bernardino was arrested in a stolen vehicle, in poss of drug paraphernalia & two arrest warrants

INCIDENT: Vehicle Theft, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
LOCATION: 100 block of Chestnut St, Needles, CA.
SUSPECT: Jesus Delgado, 29 year old resident of San Bernardino, CA.
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, May 29, 2021, at 10:56 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station located a person sitting in a parked vehicle on the 100 block of Chestnut St in Needles. A records check on the vehicle showed the vehicle was a stolen vehicle from the State of Nevada. Deputies contacted the sole occupant of the vehicle, Jesus Delgado. Delgado was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. A records check confirmed Delgado as having a $100,000.00 felony warrant for CVC 10851-Vehicle Theft and a $10,000.00 misdemeanor warrant for HS 11377(a)-Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Delgado was arrested for CVC 10851(a) - Vehicle Theft, PC 496D(a) - Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, and HS 11364(a) - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and the two warrants. Delgado was booked into the Colorado River jail, were he is currently being held on a $100,000 bail, pending a court hearing.
