Full Notification

On May 26, 2021, at 3:53 p.m. Off duty Deputy Garrett Tuley observed 29-year old Leteisha Hardiman who had an active warrant for her arrest walking near Casey’s in Fort Branch, Indiana.  Deputy Tuley contacted Deputy Zach Lienemann who was working and he located Ms. Hardiman and placed her into custody.  Upon securing her for transport Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were discovered.  Once Ms. Hardiman was secured in the vehicle she was transported to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, and the outstanding warrant.  She is currently out on bail. 
 
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
