On May 27, 2021, at 3 p.m. Captain Bryan Ellis was dispatched to Windsor Machine located at 908 West Gach Road to investigate a battery that had occurred.  Upon arriving Captain Ellis and other deputies began an investigation into the incident and spoke with all parties involved and reviewed video evidence available at the scene.  At the conclusion of their investigation, 37-year old Joshua Delaney of Patoka was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail.  Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Delaney was charged with Battery, Reckless Driving, and Criminal Recklessness. He has since posted a $750 bond.
