Full Notification

On May 31, 2021, at 10:41 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 report of a fight located in the 100 block of East State Road 68 in Haubstadt.  Upon arriving Deputy Brian Naas began an investigation into the incident and spoke to all parties involved.  At the conclusion of his investigation he placed 21-year-old Trevor Dehosse of Princeton and 50-year-old Johnny Stevens of Haubstadt into custody and transported them to the Gibson County Jail.  Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail both Mr. Dehosse and Mr. Stevens were charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.  They have both posted a $550 bond.
 
Assisting Deputy Naas in his investigation was Deputy Zach Lienemann.  
 
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
