Three suspects were arrested for attempted commercial burglary and assault with a deadly weapon

INCIDENT: Attempted Commercial Burglary, Assault with a Deadly Weapon
LOCATION: Jensen's Minute Shop, 241 N. State Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead
SUSPECT(S): Vincent Espinoza, 21 of Redlands, two - 15 year old male juveniles
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, May 31, 2021, as an employee closed the business and was leaving, he noticed several subjects kicking the west door to the business. The employee confronted the subjects, who then assaulted the employee and fled the scene. The employee was medically treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital for further treatment. Responding deputies conducted an area check, and approximately two hours later, three subjects were contacted at the Lake Arrowhead Village. The three subjects were identified as the suspects who attempted to break into the business and assault the victim.
Vincent Espinoza was arrested, transported and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for attempted commerical burglary and assault with a deadly weapon.
The two juveniles were arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall for attempted commercial burglary and assault with a deadly weapon.
