KCMO will conduct its monthly test of the outdoor warning sirens today at 11:00 am.  

The sirens are designed to be heard while out of doors.  Additional soundings of the sirens indicate additional tornados have been spotted.

Also, Kansas City, MO, is switching messaging systems from NIXLE to Everbridge.
