STATEMENT FROM THE TOWNSHIP OF MAPLE SHADE RECYCLING COLLECTION
Beginning Friday June 4th, 2021 residents may dispose of overflow recycling at the Public Works Yard located at 620 Cutler Ave, Maple Shade.
Disposal of recycling must follow the same protocols as our current program with the County:

Paper / Cardboard
(empty, flattened & folded)
Plastic Bottles
(#1, #2, #5)
Glass Bottles / Jars
(Juice, Milk, etc.)
Metal Cans ONLY
Cartons
UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS:
Frozen Food Boxes
Foil Items, Bulbs, Cookware, Window Glass
#3, #4, #6, #7 Plastics
Plastic Bags / Wrap
Plant Pots, Coffee Pods
Shredded Paper

The Township of Maple Shade apologizes for the inconvenience the recent staffing shortage at the County is causing our residents. We are hopeful our response and efforts to provide a modified recycling solution will help alleviate some of the recycling issues and provide an alternative solution to properly disposing of overflow recycling.
