Smoke Testing in Progress.
East Bay Mud (EBMUD) is currently conducting smoke testing in various areas of El Cerrito near Kensington. Some residents near the Sunset View Cemetery may notice “fog like” smoke in the area as a result of the testing. EBMUD estimates that the testing will conclude at approximately 5 PM today. See the attached PDF map for other testing locations.
