Sheboygan Police Investigate Stabbing
On 06/03/21 the Sheboygan Police Department investigated the report of a man who had been stabbed in the 1800 block of Bell Ave.
The investigation determined that there was a gathering at a residence in the 1800 block of Bell Ave., when an argument broke out between one of the guests and a resident from that location. During the disturbance a 39-year-old Oshkosh man branished a knife and stabbed the resident multiple times. This resulted in non-life threatening injuries to the 29-year-old victim, who was treated and released from the hospital.
The suspect was located in the area and taken into custody. He has been referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney's Office for a charge of substantial battery and resisting arrest, and was taken to jail. The victim was also referred for a charge of battery and jailed for a probation violation.
