Due to ongoing rail crossing work at 135th St and New Av, there has been a significant increase in the amount of traffic using 9th St this week. Motorists should expect delays in the area of 9th and State until the constructions is completed tomorrow afternoon.
If possible, motorists should use an alternate route at peak travel times.
