* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for... Harris County in southeastern Texas... West Central Liberty County in southeastern Texas... Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 336 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Conroe, Tomball, The Woodlands, Spring, Oak Ridge North, Shenandoah, Splendora, Patton Village, Roman Forest, Woodbranch, Cut And Shoot, Woodloch, Chateau Woods, The Woodlands Pavillion, Porter Heights, Splashtown, Hooks Airport, Lake Conroe Dam and New Caney.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HARRIS, TX ... LIBERTY, TX ... MONTGOMERY, TX
