Plumsted Police "SAFETY CITATION SUMMER" 
Tilghman's Funeral Home and Tootie's have paired up together with our Police Department in relation to Helmet Safety Awareness for children up to 16 years of age. Officer's will be issuing "Safety Citations" children up to age 16 years of age. These Safety Citations will be issued by officers patrolling who find children riding safely with bicycle helmets.
